Taking a page from the EOS playbook, we've rolled out some changes that are really making a difference in how we serve our customers and run our business. Building a Stronger Team Let's face it, our people make us who we are.  We're big believers in keeping our team sharp. We've doubled down on hands-on training, getting our crew up to speed with cutting-edge tech, safety measures, and industry know-how. It's amazing how much more confident and capable everyone feels when they're up to speed on best practices. ### ![Core Value Awards - 41025 #3](https://mfefix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Core%20Value%20Awards%20-%2041025%20%233.jpg?width=270&height=360&name=Core%20Value%20Awards%20-%2041025%20%233.jpg)  ### Our non-negotiable values include: Keen Ally, Honorably Driven, Do the Right thing the Right way, Pursuing Better, and Always Learning. At our quarterly meetings, we recognize one or more employees who have truly embodied our company values over the past few months. These standout team members receive special recognition and awards for their dedication.[SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER](https://share.hsforms.com/2gFvXVKRGRVqf5KKBl8j7dQq6ydc) TO SEE WHO OUR NEXT AWARD WINNER(S) WILL BE.  ### Working Smarter, Not Harder                                                                                                                                        Marketing used to eat up tons of our time with repetitive tasks. Now? We've got automation handling the routine stuff, letting us focus on what really matters, connecting with you, our customers, in meaningful ways. Getting Real About Feedback Nobody likes hearing they messed up, but those tough conversations help us grow. We've created a space where honest feedback, good or bad, is welcome. Whether it's from our team or our customers, every voice matters in making Metal Fab better. Tech That Makes Sense Look, we know chatbots aren't everyone's favorite thing, but ours is actually pretty helpful for questions. We have trained our AI agents with our FAQ's, our policies,  sheet metal fabrication processes, and even the link to our new Smart RFQ.  Don't worry, though, we're still here for the "real"  conversations. Nothing beats talking through a project face-to-face or over the phone. Raising the Bar All these changes come down to delivering the best results for you. We're not just trying to keep up with the industry; we're aiming to lead it. Just like the Pacers, we strive to balance experienced veterans with emerging young stars, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. We're just getting started at Metal Fab Engineering. Keep an eye out; there's plenty more good stuff coming your way!   [**![logo-color-500x160](https://mfefix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-color-500x160.png?width=250&height=80&name=logo-color-500x160.png)**](https://mfefix.com) **Metal Fab Engineering, Inc.** 9341 South State Road 39 Winamac, Indiana 46996 Services - [Laser Cutting](https://mfefix.com/services) - [Bending](https://mfefix.com/services) - [Welding](https://mfefix.com/services) - [Powder Coating](https://mfefix.com/services) About - [About Us](https://mfefix.com/about) - [Careers](https://mfefix.com/careers) - [Privacy Policy](https://mfefix.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms of Use](https://mfefix.com/terms-and-conditions) Resources - [Smart RFQ](https://mfefix.com/smart-rfq) - [Gallery](https://mfefix.com/gallery) - [Blog](https://mfefix.com/blog) - [Contact Us](https://mfefix.com/contact) - Website Design and Advertising provided by Expert Internet Marketing © 2026 Metal Fab Engineering [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/Metal-Fab-Engineering-119939242907885)[Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/mfelasercutting)[Linkedin](http://www.linkedin.com/company/metal-fab-engineering-inc) ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "Holly Stonebraker", "url" : "https://mfefix.com/blog/author/holly-stonebraker" }, "dateModified" : "2025-06-16T15:31:37.780Z", "datePublished" : "2025-06-13T17:46:14.000Z", "headline" : "Leveling Up at Metal Fab Engineering: Our Journey Forward", "image" : [ "https://mfefix.com/hubfs/Adapting%20future%20trends%20in%20metal%20fab%20blog%20image.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://mfefix.com/blog/leveling-up-at-metal-fab-engineering-our-journey-forward", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://mfefix.com/hubfs/rubech-it-logo-2.jpg" }, "name" : "Metal Fab Engineering" } } ```
