  Our **Production Operator** will make a variety of parts using a variety of machinery under supervision. You will be responsible for basic set ups and operating various machines to ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. The production operator is reliable and able to work under supervision with attention to detail and within safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, we expect our team members to have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out safely to maximize efficiency and profits and meet all part specifications. Starting annual pay is $45,760.
  
  **Responsibilities**
  
    - Demonstrate the Metal Fab Engineering Core Values in all behaviors and actions
    - Support the Metal Fab Engineering company vision
    - Responsible for meeting performance objectives 
    - Perform basic operation of CNC laser cutting machine and automated loading system
    - Perform basic operation of Press Brakes
    - Fabricate and assemble metal parts using MIG welding techniques to join metal together
    - Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
    - Control and adjust the functions and setting of machines
    - Feed the necessary raw material or parts to machines
    - Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure parts meet requirements
    - Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running
    - Performs basic troubleshooting
    - Performs daily and weekly PM’s on equipment
    - Safely use hand tools and power tools to descale, deburr parts, and sand parts
    - Lift raw materials, final products, and items and prepare for movement and shipment
    - Operate forklift to safely move materials
    - Check output to discover any mistakes or flaws
    - Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
    - Maintain activity logs and report all issues to direct supervisor

  Our **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** will be expected to handle, package, ship, receive, inspect, and record shipments with raw material or products. You will be responsible for receiving materials, packages, and products and checking their contents to ensure they match the incoming documentation.  You will be responsible for shipping products with the correct and complete documentation and ERP transactions.
  
  A shipping and receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload shipments as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers.
  
  The goal is to ensure we send and receive the correct product to the correct location and stock materials appropriately with all correctly completed documentation and ERP transactions.
  
  **Responsibilities**

    - Follow all warehouse core processes
    - Support the operations team.
    - Responsible for meeting performance objectives 
    - Ship and receive materials, packages, and products completing all appropriate documentation and ERP transactions

    - Accurately complete required ERP system transactions
    - Lift raw materials, final products, and items and prepare for movement and shipment
    - Safely operate a forklift to move materials
    - Collaborate with other team members regarding warehouse operations
    - Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
    - Load and unload materials from outgoing and incoming trucks
    - Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
    - Prepare products for shipment 
    - Prepare shipping documentation using computer software and include required documentation with shipments 
    - Ensure shipping paperwork is signed and received for satisfactory shipments and deliveries
    - Verify packages according to order and receiving paperwork (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
    - Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
    - Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
    - Identify and label material with correct information and place into correct inventory location
    - Notify customers when orders are ready for pick up
    - Understand work orders, bills of material and manufacturing paperwork
    - Communicate respectfully and effectively with customers and coworkers 
    - Maintain activity logs and report all issues to the operations manager

  **Position::** BusinessDevelopment Manager (BDM)
  
  **Reports to:** Head of Sales
  
  **Purpose:** To provide existing and new customers with detailed information on various products and services offered by the Metal Fab Engineering, Inc. (MFE) to capture and increase sales and improve profitability.
  
  **Summary:**
  
  The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a field-based sales position who is primarily responsible for finding new opportunities, lead generation, primary sales qualification, increasing revenue and profit, and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction for future clients. This position reports to the sales leader. This position serves as the primary sales contact for new clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including making recommendations to MFE leadership and providing quotes based on customer needs. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to customer accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
  
  **Responsibilities:  **  
    - Demonstrate the Metal Fab Engineering Core Values in all behaviors and actions.
    - Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values.
    - As an BDM you are responsible for developing customer trust and confidence in MFE’s representatives and services.
    - Schedule appointments with new or assigned customers to review products and solutions that can be provided by the company.
    - Plan and conduct sales presentations to customers with scheduled follow-up calls.
    - Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
    - Works with MFE leadership to develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customer needs and result in profitable sales for MFE.
    - The BDM is the liaison between the company and key customers by providing vital information as to products, services, pricing and/or customer orders.
    - Create new company opportunities through new targeted accounts or significant new business from assigned customers.
    - Qualify new business, developing high level conversations with senior executives to target broader sales opportunities and generate sales growth.
    - Understands and keeps up to date on the competitive environment and provides market intelligence to sales management to help shape offerings and stay competitive in the market. 
    - Works with customers on the explanation of volume pricing and blanket PO’s.
    - Maintains a professional attitude in adverse situations with the customer representing the company in a positive manor. 
    - Attends and represents the company as required at trade shows and other events.
    - Arranges Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) between the company and customers monitoring them to make sure both parties concerns are addressed.
    - Enters customer information into the company CRM system as required after each sales call, email or relevant phone call with the customer, within 24 hours.
    - Follow-up quotes with a target customer within 3 business days of receipt.
    - Follows up on company supplied leads within one week of receipt.
    - Requotes any project that has not been purchased within 30 days to assure accuracy.
    - Follows up with Customers, Prospects and Suspects utilizing CRM or ERP tracking.
    - Collaborate with the Sales team on sales strategy, customer satisfaction, competition and coverage of accounts as needed.
    - All other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
  
   
  
  **Authority:**
  
    - Prioritize and schedule customer visits.
    - Represent the company at customers visits and other events.
    - Responsibly entertain clients at lunches and dinners within given budget.
    - Responsibly schedule travel and hotel accommodations as required and within given budget.
    - Complete expense reports according to company policy.
  
   
  
  **Performance Measures:**
  
    - Meet monthly sales metrics established by the Sales Leader.
    - Meet sales revenue and margin plan for Key Accounts and new business.
    - Identify at least 24 new target customers per month.
    - Complete a call report after each company visit within 2 days and document in CRM.
  
   
  
  **Qualifications:**
  
    - Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or related field of study), or 7+ years related sales experience.
    - Minimum 3 years previous sales experience, preferably in metals industry and/or contract manufacturing.  
      Legally able to be employed in the United States.
    - Familiar with Business-to-Business Industrial sales.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM programs, and ERP tools
    - Competitive and self-motivated attitude is essential.
    - Organization and time management skills, independent and self-directed.  
      Attention to detail.
    - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and both oral, and written communication skills; persuasive negotiation skills.
  
   
  
  **Essential Physical / Cognitive Job Functions:**
  
    - Prompt and regular attendance at Metal Fab Engineering or home office or traveling in assigned territory.
    - Ability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, and occasionally longer, 5 days per week.

  **Position::** Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
  
  **Reports to:** Sales Leader
  
  **Purpose:** To manage existing and new customers by building strong relationships, providing great service, and providing detailed information on various products and services offered by Metal Fab Engineering (MFE) to capture and increase sales.
  
  **Summary:**
  
  The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an associate level sales position who is primarily responsible for inside sales account management, front-line customer service, lead generation, primary sales qualification, social media and other marketing initiatives, increasing revenue and profit, and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction for existing and future clients.  This position reports to the sales leader. This position serves as the primary service contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including making recommendations to MFE leadership and providing quotes based on customer needs. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
  
   
  
  **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
  
    - Demonstrate the Metal Fab Engineering Core Values in all behaviors and actions.
    - Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls.
    - Be responsible for up-selling programs, services, and value-added products into current customer base.
    - Develop/qualify inbound leads within specified new potential customer segment in your assigned region.  
    - Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities by focusing on qualifying marketing generated demand leads and utilizing outbound tactics to generate sales demand with targeted accounts.
    - Qualify new business primarily through inbound emails, leads and calls from potential customers, developing high level conversations with senior executives to target broader sales opportunities and generate sales growth.
    - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that have not purchased from the company in the past and are identified as new customer acquisitions.
    - Follow core processes for order entry, orders inbox management, and timely quote completion.
    - Proactively follow up on customer requests, orders, and quotes in a timely manner to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
    - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
    - Prepare and complete quotes based on customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
    - Respond to customer questions regarding product offerings, pricing, lead times, and order status.
    - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
    - Manage and update customer information in the CRM tool, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
    - Handle any order changes, cancellations, or returns, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
    - Enter customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
    - Stay informed of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely.
    - Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
    - Attends and represents the company as required at trade shows and other events.
    - Works with customers on the explanation of volume pricing and blanket PO’s.
    - Handles customer calls and inquiries with timely and educated informational responses.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.
    - Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the install base accounts.
    - Collaborate with the Sales team on sales strategy, customer satisfaction, and coverage of accounts as needed.
    - Follow-up quotes with a target customer within 3 business days of receipt.

  **Performance Measures:**
  
    - Meet monthly metrics established by the Sales Leader.

    - Identify at least 16 new target customers per month.
    - Documents customers interactions and updates into CRM within 24 hours.
  
   
  
  **Qualifications and Requirements:**
  
    - Bachelor’s degree preferred; or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    - Minimum of 2 years successful experience as a successful inside sales representative, preferably in metals industry and/or contract manufacturing.
    - Proven track record of closing sales to meet/exceed quota.
    - Prior experience successfully working in metrics driven environment.
    - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    - Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt successful sales techniques.
    - Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills.
    - Organization and time management skills, independent and self-directed.
    - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.
    - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook and Teams), and have experience working with CRM and ERP tools.
    - Proficient with social media for marketing highly desired.
    - Ability to use MS Teams, Zoom, or similar meeting tools.
    - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and both oral and written communication skills.

This position serves as the primary service contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including making recommendations to MFE leadership and providing quotes based on customer needs. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
